This policy covers subscription orders and pre-orders placed through eatcruno.com.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a CRUNO product, you receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely and charged on your selected schedule. Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account or using the link in your order confirmation email. Please note that orders already processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders reserve a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, with the full amount charged when your order is ready to ship.
Pre-orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
