Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@eatcruno.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit. In most cases, you do not need to return the product.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for delays. However, we will do our best to assist you.
